In order to qualify for residency at BethHaven a person must be an adult, severely and persistently mentally ill and have the ability to pay for the services provided. Payment can either be private in which the resident or family pays the fees or the resident may qualify for HCBS-MI. The Pikes Peak Mental Health Center can supply more information on HCBS-MI.

Before moving in, you should be approved for Social Security Disability, and have applied for Medicaid and the HCBS Long Term Care waiver.  We can point you in the right direction for this, and give you a copy of the paperwork necessary to fill out.  We do make exceptions for this in the case of private pay and Veteran Benefits.  For more information please look at our Frequently Asked Questions page.

For further questions, please contact Jim or Mike at 632-5920.
